Everyone at VCA Ashford is incredibly kind, caring, and you can tell they genuinely love animals. They were there with us through the passing of our previous cat, and now they've been with us through an incredibly long and arduous process of getting another cat through an injury and amputation of a limb. VCA is very professional, caring, compassionate & for the first time in 12 1/2 years (just changed to this vet in December), my Bogie actually looks forward to going. Staff gets an A++ in my book.
I just want to thank you all for helping to ease our family’s pain last Saturday when we had to say goodbye to our sweet kitty, Maggie Mae. The kindness and gentleness you showed our kitty and the compassion you showed our family during this tough time will always be remembered. Thank you for always taking great care of her, until her final breath.
I took my fur baby hazel the other day and she is very much against any kind of socializing with other people besides us. I explained that to the lady that answered the phone and she assured me that they would be able to handle hazel. Because of the whole corona situation they met me curbside to bring my pup in for her checkup. The tech received us with a smile on her face and they were very professional and super sweet.
Amazing staff, we went there for an emergency surger due to foreign body intestinal obstruction. Totally felt at home, great care and affordable price!. Thank you for saving our baby!
