We began bringing our pets to this location a while ago, then moved to Phoenix. We continued to make the trip even after because they are staffed with the best people. Recently our dog was in a great deal of pain from an undiagnosed eye problem. They were attentive, compassionate and generous with their care. I won't go into detail, but they made something so impossible, possible for us. We were able to say goodbye to our dog with dignity and love. I didn’t end up bringing my pet to this clinic, but I wanted to share how incredibly helpful Stephanie was when I called. She took the time to listen, offered thoughtful guidance, and made me feel genuinely supported during a tough moment. Even over the phone, her compassion and professionalism came through clearly. If this is the kind of care they offer before you even walk through the door, I imagine their in-person service is just as exceptional. Thank you, Stephanie—you made a real difference.
