Want to send a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Apache who interacted with Mocha June 20-22, 2017. Mocha is diabetic and has been under care with Dr Justine Browne for a couple years. we left forvacay on the east coast on Sunday, only to get a call tuesday from our pet sitter what Mocha was sick. Barb answered first and was calm and reasuring on the phone as I called at 7am, a tad bit frantic. Excellent care! My Myasthenia Gravis/mega esophagus pup had sudden onset pneumonia due to collocations of his ME. Our regular vet wasn't available. We walked in to Apache and without hesitation they took my boy in for immediate care. It was like they've known us forever! Impressed that Dr. Brown is familiar with our boy's rare disease. She's very knowledgeable and answers every questions with great explanation. We have permanently switched to Apache! Thank you so much, Apache!
Thank you so much to the wonderful staff! I literally called at two minutes to closing with an emergency, not only did they wait for us but took very good care of Ally and her two very upset parents! Your courtesy and caring was above and beyond the call of duty! We are home now and much calmer I must say! Thank you again for everything you do for us and all of our pups!
The staff (Dr. Brown, Jessica, Rhonda and Ashley ... And Brittney who was not working at the time ) were very compassionate and helpful when we brought our beloved Sammy in to the office. He was 20yrs old (almost 21) and not able to walk anymore. The staff helped ease the pain and discussed the whole process with us. I know our other family members (pets) are well taken care of at this facility. Our family thanks you for easing his pain. ❤️
Shout out to VCA! They were wonderful in helping us out. Our female dachshund went into labor around 12:00 a.m. She gave birth to 3 beautiful puppies, but then even though she was still in labor no more puppies were being born. We did all we could to help her, but it was beyond us to get the next puppy out. We called into VCA and they took us right in with a very reasonable price. We love (my cat Rocky and myself), everyone at our VCA Apache Animal Hospital in Sierra Vista. The doctors, the staff, they are all so loving with our furry family. Te facility is always clean and welcoming to all. The prices are amazingly reasonable. We are enrolled in the VCA Care Club Insurance, it's great. Great people, fast competent care, the final price was quite a bit less than what I was quoted as an estimate.
They're really professional and actually show compassion toward my animals. They might be a little pricey, but it's honestly worth every penny. I love it, I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else!
