I took my Puggle, Randy in for the first time yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the vet tech and doctor. Randy is a slightly anxious dog and they did everything they could to make him feel at ease. We will definitely be back.
My dog, Willow, has been a patient here since we got her 3 1/2 years ago. It's close to our house and Dr. Keith Halsey was recommended by the rescue group we got her from. Now we can see why -- he's very patient, kind and gentle with our dog and very personable with us. In a perfect world, we'd only be here once per year for her annual exam and shots but unfortunately, she's one of those that needs her anal glands expressed every few months so we're here more often. Had an incident with one of my dogs. Coyotes attacked him. Dr. Cory and his staff were wonderful. They saved my little buddies life and I'll always be thankful for that
The staff is very friendly, and whenever I need a nail trim they get me in with no appointment. When I wasn't completely satisfied with how much they cut off, they immediately fixed the problem and didn't charge me extra.
The VCA Animal Medical Center of Omaha has been caring for our 4-legged family members since 1983. Wonderful caring professionals!
I wouldn't go anywhere else, highly experienced vets, friendly staff, Bogie and I both enjoy going!

They are great! We had to bring our puppy in we just got. We were nervous parents and they just made us feel so comfortable. We certainly appreciate everything they did and all the questions they answered!
