Be advised: this vet center cannot fulfill regularly scheduled appointments. I am not happy with this type of service as it displays a lack of professional care of animal suffering. Perhaps more staff, better scheduling, better communication?? My pet is sick, in pain and suffering while they are unable to keep my “regularly scheduled” appointment. They recommended I get injections from local emergency vet until they can get me on the schedule...in a MONTH. Unbelievable.

When my Clementine was showing signs of different behavior, Dr. Thomas quickly put a plan into action as she found fluid in her lungs. As she quickly deteriorated, Dr. Thomas was available and so helpful and caring. It turned out she had cancer and I was planning on having Dr. Thomas come to my house in a couple of days to let her go there. Unfortunately more fluid built up and I decided to bring Clem in to drain the fluid one more time and keep her there whil I was at work. have more compassion and treat you with respect when grieving and wanting answers to know what happened to your pet that they were supposed to help.not tell you your wrong and not to come back.
Thank you dr Thomas for all the love, care and compassion you treated my sweet Charlie bird with. You have such a beautiful heart to take care of animals the way you do. My baby unfortunately didn’t make it but i appreciate all you did to try to save her for me. Thank you kindly.
