Wonderful experience here especially under the circumstances of a sick pet! I was able to get my dog seen within 30 minutes of calling and we were waited on attentively throughout the duration of our stay by the amazing techs Jasmine, Jessica, and Ann. Dr. Meinema was fantastic - she performed a thorough exam and explained to me all the options for my dog, who decided she wanted to cosplay as a goat for a day and consume non-food items (keep your panties locked up people) which is what landed us there in the first place. Fantastic experience. Cat had a respiratory infection on a weekend. The emergency hospital in town had a long wait and suggested I try VCA Urgent Care for a faster appointment. I got on the wait list online and they were ready to see me immediately. Host greeted me at the front door. The waiting area is great, with drinks and refreshments available. The host, the care team, and the doctor were all warm and friendly. Took me less than 20 minutes to walk in, have our kitty examined, and leave with his medication. Will 100% use... read more

I took my Great Pyrenees on 11-2-2024 and I was so happy that was the place I went. They were caring and careful with Leia’s injury. Respectful to let me think what they recommended and very kind and empathetic to how I took it. The bandage was so well done it didn’t fall or tore. Unlike other places, they have been responsive since then via text when I have asked them about the progress. I hope I don’t have to, but I’d go back to them if I ever have another emergency. Doc Jennifer was amazing and so was Katherine.
