Do not take your dog to this hospital under any circumstances. I know someone who recently brought their dog here for limping after a fall. The dog was sent home with mild pain medication, but the owner took the dog to another clinic (not VCA) when the pain didn't improve after a day. At this new clinic, an examination revealed that the dog's leg was visually and by touch abnormal and extremely painful. Truly have never met friendlier staff. They made us feel at home and Provider Brooke and staff Courtney truly gave us the highest quality of care. Treatment was within our budget and they saw us as soon as we arrived. I will be taking my cat there as needed and will recommend to everyone I know. I would give more than five stars if I could.
Doctor on shift was very knowledge and friendly! Pretty much an empty building at night when I went which was nice, no stress for my cat. Had cloudy eyes and color was changing, diagnosed with uveitis and given steroid eye drops. Went away in 48 hours thank goodness! Very friendly vet techs in back
I just wanna thank the staff last night for caring for my daughter cat Olaf.he is doing much better.
My dog, Pike, had seriously lacerated the backside of her foot. In a panic, we went to the nearest urgent care/emergency vet we could find and just walked in. I'm not sure if that's how things are *supposed* to go to be seen there, but Pike was quickly triaged, examined, and stabilized all the same.
