I gave stars because the techs are AMAZING! They are sweet and really seemed to love my baby. The vet however was very cold and only cared to add to my final bill. I had to request for the added procedures (that we never even discussed) to be removed. I kept the poop analysis and they said I'd have an answer within 24 hours. A week later, I had to call for a follow up because no one ever called me. They just apologized and said "oh yeah he's fine. Everything looks good."
