I was charged $57 for FVRCP vaccine for my kitten. They told me rabies vaccine was $78. Didn't get the rabies vaccine there. I went to another hospital. The prices for the same vaccines were $20 and $17. This is my first cat so I didn't know the prices beforehand. For me, it felt unnecessary overpriced.
Dr. Chiang was amazing! My boyfriend and his family had to recently put their pet to rest and they were met with so much kindness. They also received a handwritten sympathy card from the Dr.Chiang. Thank you all so much for your kindness during such a hard time !
The vets are knowledgeable and helpful. They are great with my dogs. The front desk gets us in and out quickly. I recommend this veterinarian hospital
The staff at this VCA are incredibly kind, and empathetic. They took great care of my new puppy Akira. Including details about the vaccines, & potential side effects, and even gave some helpful training advice. What stood out for me wasn't even the service they were providing to me but to another customer who had just lost her dog. Going above and beyond to comfort others who are grieving is absolutely incredible customer service. Thank you ♡♡♡♡♡
Great 1st impression! Knowledgeable Dr. and warm hospitality expressed by all the staff. Very clean facilities and no upsell. Prices are fair. I'm glad we went and really enjoyed the experience.
