If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Their lack of customer service and complete and total failure to provide care in a timely matter is absolutely appalling. We have been dealing with this issue for months & the Hospital Manager, Rebecca Austin, is the rudest, most unprofessional, uncaring individual I believe I've ever come into contact with. Not only are you guys absolutely rude but have no common business courtesy. If you know you will be closed and have appointments why not call those listed and cancel and let them know? It's quite simple if you honestly think about how businesses are ran.

Expensive and they are kinda rude. Never seem to have an actual vet on site. Kinda weird
