Great service
Today was a very hard and very sad day. My husband and I had to take our senior dog in and make a hard choice. The staff at VCA were unbelievably kind and understanding of our situation. They gave us all the information we needed and gave us time to talk. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet that sets the bar high. Thank you again to the staff at VCA.
Affordable and everyone in there are so nice
PLEASE READ!!! After 7 days with a new kitten with TONS of energy, we found him one morning unable to wake up or hold his bowels. We immediately took him to VCA Animal “Hospital” in Plainfield. The tech up front sarcastically said, “well… he is awake…” followed by the veterinarian accusing us of having drugs lying around that the kitten ingested.We told her that there were absolutely no drugs in our home. Quick and efficient service. We needed an emergency evaluation for a dog. They were unable to treat her as they didnt have access to radiology this day, due to technical issues. We were evaluated, diagnosed and referred.
