This past Saturday my beloved Sheltie was in dire straits. We ran over to the hospital without an appointment and waited for the doors to open at 8 am. When Jamie, the vet tech, came she swooped up my dog and ran her inside to lay her down and give her some calming medicines. She called the vet, Dr. Munthala, to see if she could come in early. Chaos is 14 now and I decided to take him off his meds and take him to a holistic doctor, to see if he could benefit from any of their treatments. Two weeks he started with acupuncture, massage and a total raw food diet. Just two weeks later and his nose is no longer crusty, he’s waking a little better, has more energy and is even starting to grow hair back where he previously lost it years ago. It’s amazing!
