This staff was amazing the night I brought in my very sick dog . They all were so kind, supportive and caring ! To the receptionist Susan, vet assistants , and doctor , thank you for all the support after we had to make the difficult decision to put our sick pup down. They made our last few moments with our girl Cleo so memorable and made us feel very comfortable. A few days later we received this beautiful card in the mail.. made us feel so good about our choice with taking Cleo to the Rohnert Park VCA. We will never forget... read more
Take my money and waste my time? That's the chance I Take! But put my pet's health in danger? You should be ashamed!
They provide excellent emergency vetrinarian support. The team responds fast, provides excellent care, and honest answers. They are best emergency vet in Sonoma County. Dont even think about going to the VCA hospital in Santa Rosa as they are the worst! Drive straight to Rohnert Park. Call 1st if it is a serious issue.
We are visiting Sonoma County from Utah and needed our dog to be seen on a Saturday. From the person who answered my initial call to the tecnhician that helped us when we brought our dog in, every interaction was handled with exceptional empathy and compassion. We highly recommend VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County
I’ve come here many times over the last two years for both IM, Neuro, and Emergency! They have always taken great care of my dog, Hershey (who is quite the complicated case)! Thank you to all of their techs, front office, Dr Susan and Dr Camilla (my apologies I don’t know their last names), and Dr Westworth! (Prices are pretty steep though…)
