HORRIBLE SERVICE! Very unprofessional and rude employee questioning me why I didn't call them yesterday after I explained that I drove 2 hours to an Emergency Center with my Cat who has a broken leg and waited 12 hours and left the same way I came in because all Centers are at Full Capacity. This Center should be renamed as UNCARING PET CENTER.
Horrible experience! The nurse was rude from the start...we waited outside for over 2 hours which I knew we had to wait our turn...we kept our dog with us the whole time...they finally took him in...i told the nurse i was goimg to get my daughter's some water sonce we were there awhile she said make sure i have my phone...not even 5 mins i left Pedro from front deak calls and tells me i need to come back im not allowed to leave...i said i just went across the street for water he said you wouldn't leave your daughter alone at... read more
