Business response:
Melissa, we're disappointed to read of the experience you describe, as we care deeply about all pets, including your cat. We also pride ourselves on professional and communicative care, and would appreciate the chance to follow up with you about your recent visit and clear up your concerns. Please email our hosptial manager at Christina.Sharpe@vca.com with a note on your best availability. Thank you.
Wonderful compassionate veterinarians and staff They give excellent care to my feline family and their momma as well Highly recommended!
Business response:
JoAnn, thank you so much for kindly recognizing the commitment of our staff, who promise to always go above and beyond for both you and your feline family. Thanks for the terrific recommendation!
Thanks to this horrible place I'm without my dog tonight. If they would have been efficient 6 days ago when my dog was hit by a car, maybe he wouldn't have been suffering all week, just to take him back tonight to have him euthanized. They're all about money & not the genuine concern of the pets well being. The staff is also without the necessary training you handle big dogs. They prey on the desperation & suffering of the pet owner.
The doctors and the staff here are THE BEST! Thanks for taking such great care of Fred!!!!!
Business response:
Danna, thank you for your fantastic compliment about our doctors and staff, who are always more than happy to help whenever called upon. We hope that Fred is doing well, and if you ever need anything else, please let us know.
