From first contacting VBR to arrange for an estimate to the completion of the project Jacob and his crew were very professional and efficient. Jacob kept in contact to schedule the installation as well as rescheduling due to weather, and they completed the installation in one day. Saw where they did a couple roofs in my neighborhood. Called them and they went over everything . They did a great job and feel they will follow up if any issues in the future. Would recommend them. Jim kept me informed and they were fast service from start to finish. March 2025.
