OMG !!!!! Thank you sooooo much. My Roof looks AMAZING :) From the estimate to the Installation it was a great experience They showed up on time did the roof Installation in one day clean up perfectly . Jacob was an absolute professional. Thanks Jacob
Jacob Harris was patient, kind, and answered all our questions. He replaced our roof while we were on vacation which made him adjust his schedule. He was quick to return my messages. I feel like he will be available if we have any problems. I highly recommend this company.
I called in the am about some water stains on the ceiling in one room in my house. Call was returned in a matter of minutes. Jacob Harris came in the afternoon and checked the roof above where the stain appeared. He found nails loose, etc and immediately fixed that. Then he checked the entire roof to be sure there was no evidence of the same problem . He was thorough and explained why this had happened. Very pleasant and delightful young man.
Jim was great to work with. He was very prompt in his responses and came out to address our issues quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest about what we needed to do to correct our issues. I would definitely recommend him!
I contacted VBR about a leak that occurred during heavy rainfall. I talked with Rob he came out and fixed the issue the same day. Very satisfied with my experience. Would definitely recommend!
