Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They put in the extra effort to be extremely supportive and friendly during this difficult time.
