I gave them a retainer for $5,000 on Jan 8th of this year, my wife and I reconciled over the weekend and I advised the lawyer I was working with on Jan 11th that I no longer needed the divorce. The lawyer I was working with said since they did not do anything I would get back my retainer. On 2/26/2025 I finally got my retainer back for $4,326.50, when I was originally told I would get back the entire $5,000 because they did not do anything towards my case.
