Dr. Vayda is highly skilled and experienced in his field. We were very nervous about the treatment during our first visit, but Dr. Vayda took the time to explain the entire process and made us feel comfortable and reassured. The doctors and staff are very helpful, friendly, and professional. The wait time is very short, and they are always responsive and helpful over the phone. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Vayda and his team.
Dr. Vayda's office is OUTSTANDING!! Starting with Diane at the front desk — she is truly exceptional. I was so impressed by how quickly they were able to get me in for a scan for new retainers after I lost mine on vacation. No more old‑school molds; the digital scan was fast, easy, and incredibly convenient. The entire team consistently operates at the highest standards, and I always feel well cared for and supported. I appreciate this office so much and highly recommend them!
Being that I have worked in several dental offices, I have pretty high standards, and this office met and exceeded all of them. 😍 Beginning with Diane, who was beyond helpful before and throughout our visit to Dr. Petra Bachour, who was kind, gentle, and thorough, and took the extra step to take time out of her day to call us and let us know there was no need to worry. She had looked at the X-ray, and I didn't think there was going to be a surgical issue, which to my twelve-year-old child meant the world!!!🙏🙏🙏
