This place is horrible! I would give it zero stars! Do not take your wedding gown to be cleaned or preserved here. While I thought my wedding gown was clean and preserved. I opened the box not even two years later, and the dress looks worse than when a brought it in with a huge stain that wasn’t even on it before. They originally held my dress longer than expected to try and “fix” the stains on the bottom and underneath because it was an outdoor wedding so it got dirty. I brought a long haired rug in to be cleaned and they did an amazing job. They exceeded my expectations! And they are such nice people.
Absolutely Appalling Service – Do Not Trust This Company If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. I took my wedding dress, worn for our outdoor ceremony, to this business for cleaning. While it was a little dirty, it wasn’t beyond repair, and I fully understood that some stains might be tough to remove.
