I visited this salon a couple of months ago, but want to share anyways. I was really disappointed with my experience with Hannah. I thought she was not that pleasant to talk to, and she was not very friendly. I feel like one of the things that goes into the price of hair is the stylist, and they should be somewhat likeable. Not only that, but she left dye on my forehead, ear, and neck after the service was completed. Tabatha is absolutely amazing! I’ve been coming to her for about six months for my Extensions and color, and it’s always perfect. In addition, her attention to detail … we have so many laughs, great conversation and the experience is very fun! The salon is based in a beautiful resort and so it feels like a spa day every time I go to get my hair done! 10/10 recommend!!
Did not like the way Tabatha did my hair. My appointment felt rushed and did not get what I desired even though I had a pre consultation with her after she didn’t confirm our first appointment. Next time don’t rush a hair appointment and let it process longer for bleach 30 minutes is not enough time.
Very disappointing in every way.
