Love my hair! This was my first time visiting Vava's and I didn't know what to expect. I've heard good things but was still skeptical and have very little patience. Nancy was my hairstylist... absolutely amazing! She took her time, had a very calm tone, asked for assistance to make sure I was satisfied and exceeded my expectations. She has new client! Had my daughter hair done here. Service was amazing. As her dad I would definitely recommend this place to any one.
The first time I had a crochet install, the girl who did it did a great job. The second time was the worst decision I have ever made. The process was done carelessly and rushed, with no concern for hair health, tension, styling, or removal. It was, honestly, a very bad job. As for the removal process, it was a nightmare — I had to cut the crochet extension because too many extensions had been installed at the same time. Camry was my son hair care giver, she took the time to educate me, I had an awesome experience, she was very patient with my son and provided many tips to care for my sons hair. My son had a great experience.
I had a great experience! I had my hair washed and braided. On a scale of 1-10. The first class service rated tipped the scale! I will surely be back!
