Vavaa made sure I set sail on my cruise with the best hair on the ship. I am blown away and will be back next year before we cruise again. We traveled 3 hours to get our braids and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. THANK YOU SO MUCH, VAVAA!!!
I bring my daughter regularly. Today was not a pleasant visit. The style on the website was not what was given to my child. On certain hairstyles “natural hair only” or “no hair added” is mentioned, etc. The style I picked did not say that. I booked “4 design stitch braids” for my child. I dropped her off and came back to only her natural hair being braided. I even chose “black color” when choosing a hair color during the questionnaire after booking. If you’re looking for a salon that is very welcoming and very talented at what they do, everyone in here is amazing. Thank you Gerlande for taking care of my 2 girls. Your were amazing and your customer service was 10+ stars. All these ladies are top tier when it comes to great customer satisfaction. I will definitely be back even if I have to take the drive. I love it here.

Nancy was incredible! She took her time with such care and precision to make sure every detail of my hair was flawless. Not only did she create a stunning design, but she was also incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process—constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and that nothing hurt. You could truly feel how much she cared, and it shows in how amazing my hair turned out. I couldn’t be happier!
