Vavaa made sure I set sail on my cruise with the best hair on the ship. I am blown away and will be back next year before we cruise again. We traveled 3 hours to get our braids and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. THANK YOU SO MUCH, VAVAA!!!
It was my first time today and Nancy did my wash and braids. First I’ll talk about my wash not only was it nice I got head massage oh my goodness she did a great job. From there she jumped right into braid my hair. I like that she verified the color I wanted as well as the size of the braids. Nancy was incredible! She took her time with such care and precision to make sure every detail of my hair was flawless. Not only did she create a stunning design, but she was also incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire process—constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable and that nothing hurt. You could truly feel how much she cared, and it shows in how amazing my hair turned out. I couldn’t be happier!
Nancy was very professional and did a great job on my mother's head; medium shoulder length knotless braids $210. She loved the final product for our vacation. Nancy was prompt and finished her hair in a timely manner. The environment in the salon was amazing & Vava did a great job in making sure my mom was comfortable. She will be back for other services!
I booked an appointment for medium knotless braids, mid-back length, with the understanding that the cost would be $390 for that specific style. However, upon completion of the service, the braids I received were quite different from what I requested. Instead of medium knotless braids to mid-back length, I received large parting, shoulder-length braids. The braids stopped at my shoulders, and there were no human curls at the ends as expected.
