great workers good management
I worked at this location for one day, Dec the 3rd 2019. I worked for the SQA company which is taking care of the quality inspections on the parts made by Vaupell and eventually Those parts are being sold to our loved and troubled Boeing company! I was getting evaluated by Mr. Justin Everett who has scored an associate degree no kidding! No one wears breathing respirators. Was told my sinus infection and bloody mucous were "psychological". GEMBA walks are theaters for mgmt berating. No one smiles. Blue, stinky smoke/fumes drift throughout the factory. Four quality managers quit/fired in 7 months. Not a happy place. Nearly all hourly workers are from temp agencies; no one will stay. How can this sweat shop have higher than a 2-star rating?
They make aerospace/airplane parts from plastics. Screw plastics. They are ruining the Earth.
