My first contact with voltra storage was with a woman named Samantha I found her to be extremely helpful professional and courteous she's assigning example of what a company that cares about its customers should be my second contact was with Ronald at the Sault Ste Marie location on Queen Street he too excelled in customer service and caring for my situation I would recommend you to anyone thank you so far for all the great service that I feel I have been provided have a great day
Ron and Kathy have always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis and have been prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. This has been greatly appreciated by our family. The professionalism and perseverance shown are bar none. Thank you both!
Staff are accommodating and great people to rent from. Never had any issues during my ~2 years renting my unit
Both Ron and Kathy were a delight to work with. Easy to set up and they walked me through the app to open and close the gate. Great place! I highly recommend it!!
