I’ve been using various storage facilities for years, but recently came across Vaultra, and I was thoroughly impressed. They quickly took my reservation over the phone and had everything ready when I arrived at their Markham location. I was greeted by Subhra, who was incredibly pleasant and professional. We visited Vaultra Storage to get a quote for a locker and were assisted by Nalinga, who was on duty that day. She gave us a tour of the facility and showed us the available lockers for rent. The facility was very clean, and we appreciated how clearly Nalinga explained our options before we finalized the contract. She was friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to—we even shared a few laughs while completing the paperwork.
First time getting a storage locker and I’m glad I had SUBHRA to help guide me through the process. She was patient, kind and very thorough with all the explanations to my questions. The price is great security is good and very clean and welcoming
