I had an excellent experience at Vaultra Markham. Rates are very competitive. The facility is ultra clean and there are many options in terms of size of units. The loading area is quite large and there are many carts available to assist you with moving items. All staff are very friendly but, I dealt mainly with Gereon. He was very friendly, very professional and extremely helpful. A pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience when moving into my new unit. Nilanga at the front desk was patient and helpful. She took the time to go over different options and helped us find the right unit. Really appreciated the clear explanations. Would definitely recommend!
