I was very pleased with the facility and the organization of the process for accessing a storage unit. Most of all, I was impressed by Nilanja’s impeccable administrative abilities at the front desk. I haven't seen anyone serve multiple walk-in potential clients with such generosity of spirit in ages. I’m glad I went in person—weekdays, I hear, are a little less busy. But I didn’t mind sitting down for a bit before being served.
The representative Nilanga is friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all information thoroughly, and she showed us the size of the storage room we are interested. When we looked at the storage room, it is nice and clean. After all paper works were done, she showed us how to access the loading area to make sure we understand. The place has good security access.
A big thank you for Subhra for her outstanding assistance during my recent visit to Vaultra. Your professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made the experience smooth and stress-free. It's not often you come across someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service. I truly appreciate the time and effort you put in to ensure everything went well.
I rented a unit here for three months and had a great experience. Subhra was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The facility was clean, secure, and easy to access. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable storage and excellent service!
