Vaultra storage is not the place to rent if you are looking for a storage rental in Hamilton with flexible options or flexibility in the case of any issues arising. They are scammers and fraudant..stay away from this place , bad business. I am currently customer has been couple years but looking for other storage to move out. It is the worst storage in hamilton.. The guy working there every month charging me extra as late most the time they do not even bother to check my account... also they charging every 28 days not every month as most genious way to scam customers..so they apply most customers late and extra fees because every month different day not like other storages in the area c... read more
Walked in to inquire about a storage unit and received excellent customer service from Tiffany and her co-worker. Tiffany helped us secure a storage unit, offering us a great deal too. Glad we chose this storage facility!
