I am a current customer and don’t like the shady corporate business practices. Fees are based weekly, but you can’t pay weekly; you have to pay 4 weeks, not monthly. That means a calendar of 13 ‘months’ and shifting due dates, which can only result in paying them for an empty unit after you move out. (ie. most people vacate a home on the 31st. I use to be a tenant at this location until my travel trailer was stolen from this lot. The gate was locked and the theif used a gate code to enter the property. The whole act is recorded on the property camera. Even with this much evidence ...the theif cannot be identified and my trailer is still missing. NOT SAFE HERE
