Always clean and climate controlled. Have never had any issues and I like the technology used to keep it secure. Have rented with them for years.

I have enjoyed being a customer at vault self storage. I love the climate control and also love the electronic locks and not having to have a key to worry about. It’s so easy to get in and out just using your phone.
Update: Management reached out to correct my billing issues, verified my account sections and refunded me for the errors. I called on the 1st and confirmed step by step how to submit a cancelation on the app. I was advised that I would need to wait 10 days. I've waited and called several times to confirm. All calls are ignored and the unit is STILL charging to my account. Management if you read this it's unit #1. My call log is listed below. All calls and voicemails have been ignored.
I called to see if I could make an appointment to see the units to determine what size fits my needs as well as how many units I may need. I spoke with the manager who was nice nasty. I asked if I could come look at the units 1st before renting online as I'm a visual person. He stated to me I DONT KNOW WHY THAT'S NECESSARY ITS NEW AT THE BOTTOM OF A BANK AND ITS CLEAN ITS SECURED ETC. That's not how you treat a potential customer who may be renting several units.
