If there was negative stars - this company would qualify! Vault Motors is by far one of the worst companies we have ever dealt with! They attempt to welcome you in and smile / promise all their help if anything were to happen and it lowers your guards. You ultimately realize that they choose to deceive customers and continue to lie until the end. Bought a car from here and it was a disaster. The car had multiple defects right after purchase, and the dealership completely ignored my concerns. Terrible customer service, no accountability, and I’m stuck with a defective car. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
Purchased a 2015 Q60 in June 2024. Me a 18 year old who’s decently mechanically inclined came in with my mother and was sold the car with promises that were never held by the salesperson or supposed “boss”. There was body work and some mechanical issues that needed to be dealt with from the beginning as promised if I followed through with the car under *WARRANTY*.
