The storage units as well as the grounds are kept very clean and organized. And the owner is a really nice guy easy to talk to and has a good sence of humor. I feel my belongs are I good hands. Update Once the man who owned it passed away things went straight down hill in a hurry. Whoever took over ( I'm pretty sure it was the wife and daughter) did not do a good job at all the most irritating is they consistently had the accounting wrong. Started off great but since has become impossible to reach a single person in the office which is not onsite. They will not returned a phone calls or emails, and it is happening to everyother tenant I've spoke to that have tried to reach them. Normal you do not need to caminicate often with Mgt of a storage unit but unfortunately the customer service is non existent here.

I have made my payment on time and months ahead of time and I finally move out and I can’t get ahold of anyone and I have payed a month in advance and I have emailed them and called and with no response, I am assuming they are keeping my deposit and over payment. There is no reason for this and my unit is spotless, I want my money back that they owe me.
