Thankful for the amazing team at Vault Fitness. JK, Toddy, Kieran, Gianfranco and Alyssa are great coaches who excel at tailoring each exercise class according to the individual's needs - especially for us office people! My knee pain after 2-3 months of functional classes is now gone!
I had zero gym experience when I joined Vault two years ago, but the trainers have been very professional and supportive. With their guidance, my fitness has improved a lot. Recently, Vault introduced Sauna and Ice Bath sessions, and I’ve already completed 8 sessions in less than two months - that’s how much I enjoy it! The combination of heat from sauna and cold immersion in the ice bath is far more effective for me than using a sauna alone (although I’ve only been able to submerge my legs and arms so far).
