We moved in to the building in May and have had a great experience so far! The leasing office, concierge, maintenance, and cleaning staff are very welcoming and helpful. The common areas are always clean and tidy, the noise level is very quiet in the building, and the pool and gym are great amenities to have (and both are in great condition). A series of item on the initial move in report were not addressed. The vanity basin in the master bedroom for example needs to be replaced. There is some residue on the surface and everything sticks to it, impossible to clean.
I lived at The Vault for two years and absolutely loved it. Both management and maintenance took excellent care of the building and the recent renovations have really improved the experience. The only reason I left was because I moved out of state. I highly recommend this building if you’re looking for an apartment near downtown Stamford or in the Harbor Point area.
