A couple of months ago a friend in our neighborhood was robbed, which got us looking at security systems. We chose Vault based on a referral from a friend and could not be more pleased. My favorite feature is definitely that I can arm the alarm via my cell phone (thanks to the iphone app) and I have been surprised how nice it is to actually be told (via the alarm panel) each time my kids open a door or window! Great product and customer service.
