My wife and I have been planning on replacing our furnace (which was 31 years old) and finally getting an AC unit for our home. We reached out to Vaughn's as they are an established local business with a great reputation. 7-15-2026 Vaughn's is my go-to company. Great Service!!! From Megan (reception and scheduling) to Jake (plumbing) to the guy (whose name I can't remember right now) who fixed my air conditioner a few weeks ago. I had a leak at the hose bib which had been going for awhile. Jake came and assessed the situation and repaired it rapidly and competently at a very reasonable rate. More than that, he helped me by taking a soaked piece of carpet (which I would not have been able to move) out of the house so I wouldn't get black mold!... read more

Jake came right out and diagnosed the problem with our garbage disposal so quickly! We had looked and looked for a leak in my own install and couldn’t figure it out. Turns out there were 2 small holes which were a defect in the manufacturing. I would have never figured that out. He was happy to help and we were so appreciative. Was definitely worth the call!

I needed a small plumbing job done . Jake came out , and he was early, so I did not have to waste my day waiting. He was very nice and professional. I had an idea of what I wanted, he had a better one. I am very pleased with the service I received. I would recommend Vaughns for all your plumbing and heating needs.
