I called Vaughn's this morning for a problem that 2 other plumbers couldn't help with me with on my sewer. I had problems from part of a PVC cap from a new toilet that was installed that was causing my sewer to back up. Jake and Colin came over within an hour of me calling and had the blockage retrieved from the access the backflow preventer gives to the basment plumbing. Didn't know how long it would take. They were in and out in less than 45 minutes. These guys cost more but you get what you pay for.
I needed a new A/C unit. Multiple friends recommended Vaughn's. Ryan came out and gave me a choice of 3 different air conditioners so that I could get the right fit for my house and my budget. Doug and Nick arrived on time to install. Both were very friendly and professional and were excellent representatives of their company. We had our AC replaced today by the team at Vaughn's Plumbing & Heating, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, Ryan was fantastic during the estimate process. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When installation day came, Doug and Nick were equally amazing. They worked incredibly hard all day, were friendly and respectful, and were so patient with my kids, who were far more curious (and occasionally underfoot!) than I would have liked. Nick and Doug did a great job installing our new HVAC system. They were very professional, efficient, worked around our small inquisitive dog, answered all of our questions and left everything clean and tidy.
