Couldnt recommend Vaughn's more! From the moment Mr Walter came out to do the quote, we knew they were the ones for us. The installation went great and was quick and professional. Since they installed it 1.5 years ago, they have been very helpful and are always available if we have issues (which are sometimes my fault). Finally, we recently had our salt water chlorinator go out right before my son's pool party and it turned green. Mr Vaughn and his family owned company are extremely professional, friendly, responsive, well priced, informative and so easy to work with. We are in the middle of our pool process (we will be done next week) and we couldn't be happier. The pool is already beautiful and not even completed yet. I talked to most pool installers in our panhandle area and received multiple quotes, some didn't even return my calls, and I am so glad I chose Vaughn Pools.

I sent an email to this company seeking info and prices as we were considering getting a pool and spa when we move back to Pace. Their response was not something that you would expect from a business to a potential customer. I don't know how they have been in business as long as they have, by their extremely poor customer relations. They won't be getting any business from us.
