Needed someone who could do spur of the moment brakes service on Sunday, like anywhere no one was available. I found him and couldn't be more proud of his availablity to replace the brakes in a efficiently, affordability and timely manner! Even explained items and how things work while doing project. Highly recommend!!
My car had a wheel bearing issue that I needed to get fixed immediately and I didn't have a lot of money, so I went to Vaughn's and he fixed my issue within two hours and for a reasonable price unlike branded shops.
I would highly recommend Vaughn's Northwest Auto Repair to anyone in the northern/central Wisconsin area. David is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He serviced my brakes on a Sunday, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. David is an incredibly dedicated car mechanic. Even on weekends and late at night, he responds to my messages and willingly fixes my car. Knowing close to nothing about cars myself, I feel fortunate to have found him. His professionalism and expertise have left a lasting impression on me. I wouldn't consider going to any other repair shop now. If my car has any issues, I will definitely turn to him for assistance.
David is hands down the best mechanic I have ever had. I was told from the mechanic shop Tires Plus that it would be over 1000 to fix my vehicle and I may as well scrap it. From the beginning David was knowledgeable and honest with me. He charged much less than Tires Plus and in my opinion he provided MUCH better quality service.
