I would highly recommend Vaughn's Northwest Auto Repair to anyone in the northern/central Wisconsin area. David is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. He serviced my brakes on a Sunday, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of. David is very good. He has a good mentality and will not rip you off in any way. He is very dedicated to his work, and can diagnose very well. I will definitely be a returning customer if I have any problems with my car again.
David is an incredibly dedicated car mechanic. Even on weekends and late at night, he responds to my messages and willingly fixes my car. Knowing close to nothing about cars myself, I feel fortunate to have found him. His professionalism and expertise have left a lasting impression on me. I wouldn't consider going to any other repair shop now. If my car has any issues, I will definitely turn to him for assistance.
I had a great experience and will 100% go back the next time my car has an issue! David was honest and his communication was incredible, giving me updates through out the entire process! Highly recommend!
David is hands down the best mechanic I have ever had. I was told from the mechanic shop Tires Plus that it would be over 1000 to fix my vehicle and I may as well scrap it. From the beginning David was knowledgeable and honest with me. He charged much less than Tires Plus and in my opinion he provided MUCH better quality service.
