I am always happy and impressed with the level of service I get from here. The people here really do care about you, and I recommend this place to everyone. I am always pleased with my Broker Nancy, which recently she is working on an issue that I'm experiencing. This issue is not from Vaughne, but rather a body shop management issue, but of course does affect my vehicle being serviced.
