I was giagnosed with 3 bulging and disc. They were pinching my sciatic nerve. He taught me to use my body in a way it would not aggravate my nerve. I worked many jobs that were physically intensive with a lot of heavy lifting. I never missed a day of work because of it in over 20 years. He is amazing.
