I took my senior cat here to get an exam and bloodwork as she had been exhibiting some issues. We were seen by Dr. Moore who took very good care of her and explained her symptoms and answered my questions. I never felt rushed out the door which is what I'm used to. Honestly, they took better care and time of my cat then I receive from my own medical professionals. Also, the receptionist, Susan, had a wonderful phone presence and also took the time to answer my questions to make sure my kitty had the best treatment and visit.... read more
I brought Norrell and Nora for a routine checkup and had a great first visit! Everyone was super nice and friendly, answered all of my questions. Between how great everyone was and the careclub, I'll be using VCA Eastmont Vaughn as my cats' vet from now on

I'm here to let you know that the staff at VCA is great and to thank Dr. Sussan and Yamie because even when I came out of the care plan, they kept sending texts following up on what my beagle needed (I'm never feeling uncomfortable, always w/respect) practically they have a record and know what needs to be done. We are back with a cheaper plan, with all the vaccines that my Nayia needs. even offers on medicine (wormhearth <3 usd and flea treatment 15 usd). The app is also great. They assist you 24/7.
Great professionals in more ways than one, they are great support for your pets.
