I was rented a home in Nampa. Two weeks into it I discovered black mold. I notified Jason and it was ignored. I ended up just cleaning it up and then I had another issue a little bit down the line. Vaughn Properties is hands down one of the best rental places in Boise. I have never had a problem getting a hold of them, they have gone out of there way to help when I needed it. There apartments are clean and very well taken care of. This company is one I plan on renting from for a very long time.
Vaughn Properties has been managing our apartment complex for almost a year now. We are so pleased with them. They always do what they have agreed to, listen when we ask for something, and follow through. Their manager Jason McAughty has been a superstar. He is honest, hardworking, and has develops a great relationship with our tenants. Thank you Chad, Christy and Jason!
Jason is the best property manger! He does a great job and I refer him to all of my rental clients!!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, good property manager!
