Jason is the best property manger! He does a great job and I refer him to all of my rental clients!!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, good property manager!
Don't rent from this Company !!!! You can be the best tenant. They still find a way to keep your deposit and rent they had 40 days of rent paid up . Cause I turned power off on Wednesday. They had the home on Tuesday . But then come to say the ice melted in fridge and flooded the kitchen really how can little amount of ice flood the floor . I was really nervous trying to find a new place to rent bc I have been rebuilding my credit since 2020 and even though I have good rental history and a good job, I have been turned away due to credit bc I was "just a number". Jason met me in person and made me feel like I was valued and that my story isn't just a number. I'm so excited for this new chapter and being so much closer to work and in a bigger place. Thank you, Jason! Thank you for treating people like people. It really does make you guys stand out from the rest
We were super happy with our experience working with Jason as our property manager. He is always kind and professional when you speak with him and he was upfront and honest through the whole process of moving in, living in the unit, and moving out. The unit we were in was our favorite rental that we had ever lived in. We appreciated that he did a walkthrough with us before we moved in to make sure everything looked good. The move out process has been smooth and easy as well. Highly recommend Vaughn Property Management.
I can’t begin to say enough good things about Jason and Vaughn properties! They are the absolute best people to rent from! They work with you and they are very reasonably priced! I would 100 percent recommend them!
