Between both my kids I have a decades worth of appointments with Vaughn. I’ve NEVER missed an appointment or even a payment. I called more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule my son’s cleaning because he’s struggling in school and I could not take him out. They did inform me that this would count as a “missed appointment”. The funniest part is they called ME to cancel MY appointment I had set up for my son on a non school day because they were remodeling. Dr Vaughn goes above and beyond for her patients! She is very kind and knowledgeable 10/10 experience. Her staff are amazing as well very helpful and compassionate about what they do.
I am SOOO glad I switched my son to this office! They really listened to me & made me feel heard and as a young mother, that is so special to me! Thank you for helping my baby find a treatment plan that works for us!!!
Had taken our daughter here for a long time. We live an hour away and called to cancel a cleaning of all things. The receptionist was incredibly rude and finished her part of the conversation with a wonderfully threatening statement about our daughter/us being cutoff from care if we "missed" another appointment. Absolutely would NOT recommend. Happily called a local dentist and already have a replacement that welcomes our daughter.
