Waited 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment time for my son to not even be seen by the doctor. If you have a one-year-old you know that’s a long 30 minutes. I asked why we were waiting 20 minutes without being seen. After that they took my husband and son to the back room and had them waiting there for 10 more minutes. At that point I went to the front and asked what was going on. We ended up just leaving. Terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.
They were able to see our daughter the same day after a bad accident. Very happy (especially our daughter) with the results of Dr Vaughn’s procedure. Her staff was awesome with relieving her stress from the whole situation. Thank you for your outstanding service and communication!!
Terrible experience. If I could give it no stars, I would. Never in my life have I come across a medical provider who does not allow you back with your children. Mind you my littles are 3 and 4. I was not told during my phone call to set up said appointments nor was I advised during the check in process. I thought everything was normal until they took me and my children to a room and said, “we do like to take them back alone” I was caught off guard and agreed which I shouldn’t have. Our little 4 year old fell and cracked her tooth bad. Dr. Vaughn recommended the tooth be taken out. I was so upset we had to take the tooth out but I knew it was what needed to be done. (I was a worse/ more anxious person than my kiddo was lol) Dr. Vaughn and her team were amazing! They explained everything and even answered my anxiety questions calmly.
