Their visit was good, staff were nice… This was their first visit. My son is autistic and we came an hour and a half. I regretfully mentioned reading reviews heading to talk about kids…The end of appointment rundown and I mentioned being uncomfortable sending my kid off to do procedures by themselves (all UNDER 5) .. The tech(Brooke),, Literally said “there is a place down the street if you’re not comfortable.” That was awkward, truthfully. I missed an appointment due to a medical emergency and I couldn't call to cancel it and they don't want to reschedule my appointment again that seems terrible to me
Between both my kids I have a decades worth of appointments with Vaughn. I’ve NEVER missed an appointment or even a payment. I called more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule my son’s cleaning because he’s struggling in school and I could not take him out. They did inform me that this would count as a “missed appointment”. The funniest part is they called ME to cancel MY appointment I had set up for my son on a non school day because they were remodeling.
