Went for a scheduled oil change and new battery. Tok truck in a half hour before my appointment. Waited for 15 minutes before a service rep came out to get me in. Prices were on my service ticket I just needed to verify that the 199.95 battery was the Gold 42 month. Jeremy got on phone and contacted another department to verify. He verified the price but then added an installation charge of 50.00. Mentioned coupon on there website that had a price of 224.95 installed. I assumed that would be the price. Richland Motor group has worked on a work vehicle of mine several times. (1) The left the engine without transmission fluid after a 6-thousand-dollar repair (2) explained to me that the entire drive shaft would need to be replaced, when only the U joints were faulty. This is a fraudulent company, and their mechanics are pieces of shit along with the owners. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER. Jonah in the service department is wonderful to work with. He always takes the time to walk you through service work. In addition to making sure any outlying issues that might be still under warranty are addressed at no additional cost.
While visiting on vacation by car was acting funny a/c stopped working along with other electrical problems I came to Schumacher without an appointment knowing they are extremely busy. They took me right in and found out it was just the battery I could not say how nice and accommodating they were. I had an awesome experience buying my third vehicle from Spadys. Everyone was so helpful from sales to finance. They made the buying process so easy. They made sure everything I wanted in my 2023 Buick Encore was available. Hooked up my SIRUS and my phone Best part they sold my car 2 days later so I didn't feel bad about trading it in. I dropped off my car on 12/10/2025 with 46,156 miles with almost full tank of gas at their service dept. I signed the invoice inside and paid them to release my car to me on 12/27/2025. They brought the car to me, I then notice my GPS had been disconnected, the gas gauge was on empty, and the car had more than 850 miles more than when I left it there.
