I’m very disappointed today. I called 4 days prior and spoke directly to the service department to schedule an appointment to have my oil changed, but when I arrive the service department is closed. All I’m offered is an “I’m sorry. Can I take your name and number and have her call you on Monday!?” No, but you can try to make it right by at least offering me to try and reschedule, maybe offering the service free of charge for my inconvenience. Exceptional customer care and service. We were traveling from Texas and had a flat tire. We called the nearest car dealership where we met Jesse who got us back on the road in no time.
I bought a Tahoe at Vaughn a few years ago, and I thought they were a reputable business. However, I was extremely wrong in my assessment; especially the Lecompte, Louisiana location, which I had praised highly, until this location stole almost $2,000 dollars from me, without even getting my parts. The employees at this location lied to me, and they all know they did.
