Great experience! They found exactly what i wanted!!!
I’m very disappointed today. I called 4 days prior and spoke directly to the service department to schedule an appointment to have my oil changed, but when I arrive the service department is closed. All I’m offered is an “I’m sorry. Can I take your name and number and have her call you on Monday!?” No, but you can try to make it right by at least offering me to try and reschedule, maybe offering the service free of charge for my inconvenience. I really hope the employee who handles scheduling is held accountable for this. Th... read more
