I brought in my new Colorado with a screw in my tire. They plugged it! You don't plug new steel-belted radial tires, you take the tire off the rim and patch it. $30 to plug a new tire. I'll be taking future problems like this to an actual tire mechanic.
The service is always professional and the communication is clear. I receive a text or a phone call when I drop my vehicle off for service. The text includes photos of what is wrong or what needs replaced. I am provided costs up front. The staff are always friendly.
