I went into Vaughan's Jewelers today for the second time. Both times I’ve needed rings resized. The first time they were incredibly kind and did remarkable work on my rings! This second time in their store, I was just blown away again at how kind and hospitable they are. Genuine and trustworthy people! I also love that their goldsmith is local! Great family and business.

Vaughan's Jeweler's has been a trusted name in Wilson for a very long time! And I see why! Family Owned and treat each customer as part of their family! They are meticulous at making sure you get the right piece of jewelry, the right style, size, color before you leave, if you're not happy their not happy! My go to jeweler from now on!

Call to ask simple question and the woman that answered the phone was not only rude but very critical and acted like I was beneath her worst customer service ever

I came across this place by pure accident. I asked several questions about my ring set and the owner was very happy to answer all my questions at my place of employment. The owner gave me his card and told me to speak to his son Tripp. My husband dropped my rings off and was told what all they could do. Tripp personally called to make sure that what I wanted done could be accomplished. They did an AMAZING job and I am so happy with my ring set!!!!
