I came home from out of town to find the A/C unit not functioning late at night. The temp had been 108 degrees that day - it was still 91 degrees at 9:30 in the evening, about the same inside the house. Vaughan called me back when he got home from working all day and came out and fixed it. Saved me a hotel bill that night!
I called Mr. Vaughan on Sunday at 11:30 am and his voice box was full, so I sent him a text message. He responded within 10 mins with a call and said he would come by as soon as he could after he got some time this afternoon. He called me before he arrived around 3:40pm and had my AC up and running again within 20 mins. Much appreciated in this +100 degree Texas heat!! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had called and within hours Gary had made arrangements to come to my home to check my ac unit. He was quick and efficient. After finding out the problem was back within a day to make sure he could complete the job. He was friendly and not only fixed my coil but cleaned up around the unit and even topped off the freon. He went above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend and use him again.
