Was looking for a missing part for the tilt wheel chair checked so many places and no body wanted to help a senior person for the small thing luckily I found Vaughan wheel chair place talked to Tony (very knowledgeable) send him the serial number and the picture of the part needed in no time Tony found the part and emailed me back I went there got the part Very Very nice people and they work with you Thanks Tony
