I am a true believer that our bodies want to heal. After only 3 weeks of seeing Dr. Vaughan I felt so much relief. I had been struggling with digestive issues since I can remember. I came to Vaughan Vitality Wellness to figure out the cause of some pretty severe nausea and anxiety, focus issues, and exhaustion. I started on the diet and suppliments and saw almost immediate results, I'm about 3 months into it at this point and my nausea is gone, I feel far less anxiety and the supplements have improved my constant exhaustion, my focus is immensely better and I feel it's easier for me to start tasks. Vaughan vitality has been a blessing for me. Dr. Vaughan has shed light on a lot of my health issues I've been battling with for years. It's been a few months now and I can honestly say alot has improved for me. One of the course of actions we have taken is neuro feed back therapy with suzan. This type of therapy has helped significantly with my anxiety, insomnia, and some of my memory issues. I'm looking forward to continuing this course of treatment along with some of the others to better my health.
