We are just starting this journey, but so far everything about our experience has exceeded my expectations. The staff is warm and friendly. I don't feel like we are just a number.. I love that Dr. Janet Vaughan calls personally to check on my daughter. The hours she puts into her patients has to be endless..

Highly upset with my experience. I have read nothing but good things about Dr Vaughan and was excited to have my child's treatment done here. It seems money is the driving factor here with high patient turn around. They told me treatment time and turned around and told my husband a different treatment time. It seemed to me just get an extra procedure and of course, more money. I have 3 other children and I'm sure at least 1 of them will need orthodontic treatment and we won't be returning.
