RecommendedI'm a Buisiness owner here in jacksonville and very rarely do you go into a buisiness and have good experiences these days. I had a wonderful visit today getting my 66 cobra alignment done. Everyone from the front counter to the guys in the back just made you feel at home. this is the type of hometown customer service that I love!!! I will continue to be a customer and always look forward to bringing my vehicles back if needed.

I have used Vaughan Tire a few times now and I do not want to go anywhere else. Great service. Great people.
We were a customer for 8 years and bought several sets of tires. Had a rotation done, later that day tried to get front tire off and 3 lug nuts were cross threaded. I was charged for parts to fix, but not labor. Steve said that lugnuts just do that. 3 on the same tire, and no problem with any of the other 3 tires. Yeah right. No customer service, poorly trained technicians, and will literally lie to you to cover up their mistakes.
These people were absolutely WONDERFUL!! Our oldest son broke down on Hwy. 67 and had to dpend the night in a hotel. Vaughn Tire Co. was practically holding a bay for his Jeep to get it on in and fixed. When you need tires or service in this area, you would be making a mistake to go to another shop. Thanks again, Vaughn Tire Co.!!!
Honest folks with the customer’s safety as priority! So thankful they took care of us and got us back on the road. I can feel better about my family’s safety now!
