Arrived on time and waited 20 min, and likely longer if I decided to stay. Don't waste time at a place where they don't value your time.
The staff here (at least for the sleep study) is very professional and helpful. It was my first time doing the sleep study and despite the bad reviews adding to my nervousness, the technician offered me a fan suggesting it would help to fall asleep. Yes indeed the fan to my face while I was wired up did help me fall asleep. Over all it was a good experience even when I went back to get my titration done for the PAP machine. I called this clinic after being referred by my family doctor for my child. As soon as I mentioned it was for a kid, the receptionist abruptly interrupted me and said they don’t deal with children, without letting me finish. I politely asked if she could at least check the referral, but she refused, saying she was closing soon—even though I had called 10 minutes before closing time. The worst medical place I have ever encountered, rudness at its best, the so called office manager told me the doctor that reviews the report only works once a month ,and it takes 4 to 5 weeks to generate a report, I finally got the name of the physician Dr Commodore but I am not allowed to contact him in any way if this is not a waste of our tax dollars given through our health system, to this clinics I am livid. Minister of Health where are you?
