I can't believe I'm leaving a review for a pool place but these people are amazing! A couple years ago I drove up here for a filter for my hot tub. I forgot my wallet and the guy behind the counter bought it using his own money and let me repay him with an app on my phone. He was so awesome for that! Then just yesterday my hot tub had a leak. I had found the problem and knew it just needed a little bit of glue in a spit and called them for advice on what glue to get. They sold me a glue much better than I could've bought at ... read more
Would not schedule a service call account did pay them 5500 for a brand new 3700 pool heater bought on line. You tubed it and fixed ourself, thank you for not scheduling another service call, Had used previously used for over 15, NEVER AGAIN, Heard great things about Sun and Fun looking forward to working with them
Everyone here at this store is awesome! I can call or come in person anytime I need pool supplies or help with something! They even called me to remind me about the recent February discount! Not many businesses do that these days! I feel they are family. Appreciate everyone there, great store!!
Best experience ever . Staff that installed hot tub did a great job . Pam has done a great job walking me through the start up process getting salt set up . I could not be any happier
